"Miss Jacky gave impeccable service helping me switch over policies. Life has been chaotic for me as of late, she probably thought I was dodging her but that was not the case! Not only was she compassionate about my current situation (my dog was undergoing life saving and costly surgery) she did everything she could to streamline the process, respect my time, be consistent and persistent with follow ups, calls. I can’t speak more highly about her and the team as a whole. Chris’ help also was much appreciated as he was very kind, efficient over the phone/via email. Well done and thank you to you both!"

"Worst of the worst. Very unprofessional and RUDE. After a 6-month policy my renewal papers came in and when I called to pay it they jacked up the rate on me. I told them no this is the price the renewal paper says from State Farm headquarters and the guy just argued with me and said that I had to pay the higher price that he stated. Which had also gone up significantly despite the fact that I had no accidents or tickets or indiscrepancies. And then they do not take no for an answer. If you don't renew with them they just keep harassing you and harassing you sending you texts and emails telling you your payment is due. On a policy you already told them you aren't going to renew. They also repeatedly harass you about life insurance and other insurances I've told them numerous times I don't want or need. They are just jerks. They know what they're doing, they know they're rude they just don't care. One woman in the office Heather was nice but the men are extremely immature and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and call Progressive. My new policy for the same 6 months was $200 cheaper and it has the exact same coverage. The people at progressive are also very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and don't harass you or continuously try to sell you things you don't need."

"Jacky and Aaron operate a quick and efficient business here. I called this morning, and was promptly directed by Nick and given a quote in under 5 minutes. My quote was complex since I had to move an old car of mine to my home in Florida from out of state, but Jacky handled it with ease and grace. She quickly emailed me a nice follow-up message. It's good to see Insurance providers take care of their new customers so expediently, and proactively listen to their customers needs."

"My experience with this insurance agency was very good overall. However, my assessment is specifically regarding the staff member, Jacky Cammarata, with whom I had the majority of interactions via phone or email. I found Jacky to be knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. I had a variety of insurance related needs which Jacky addressed with ease.
